The game has a very cute kind of art style and the way the cloud is so expressive really does make this a game that is nice to look at. The game just oozes personality and I love how varied the levels are ranging from a basic street, a farm, a supermarket, and even a place that looks like a level from Metal Gear Solid. I love the whole look of Rain on Your Parade. Little touches such as this really do a great job in making the game have that extra bit of personality that keeps you smiling, invested, and even laughing at what is going down. Or, you can take things a step further by doing stuff like giving him a mustache, a hat, or even a little frog that sits on his head. You can do something basic like just changing his face. You can actually customize your little cloud which is a lot of fun. It gives you new abilities at what feels like the perfect pace to keep things fun and interesting for the player. You can make it rain and snow, but eventually, you will be able to drop acid rain, cause tornadoes and even make meteorites fall from the sky. I think it is really cool the way that Rain on Your Parade gives you new abilities as you progress. Each level will give you a checklist of the things that you are required to do in order to complete the level and it is up to you how you go about this. This is just a small example of what is going on here. It is a busy street, you make it rain so that a guy slips on the snow, gets hit by a car, the car then plows into a bus stop causing pure chaos. One level may have you trying to trash the crops of a farmer and another may have you needing to be the reason the dinosaurs become extinct!
